Video : Black Sherif electrifies Afronation stage in Miami with Burna Boy
Reigning Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMAs) ‘Artiste Of The Year’ Black Sherif did wonders again at the 2023 Afronation Concert held in Miami, United States of America as he performed his Second Sermon Remix with Nigerian dancehall artiste Burna Boy.
Patrons of the event were captivated by Black Sherif’s unique sound and commanding stage presence, solidifying his mark as a rising star.
To the surprise of most people, Burna Boy was able to sing along with Black Sherif as he rattles in the Twi language.
The revelers also sang along to every lyric of the song showcasing how impressed they were about the great performance of the two superstars on stage.
The collaboration between Black Sherif and Burna Boy began when the Nigerian superstar expressed interest in featuring on the track “Second Sermon” after repeatedly sharing and playing it on social media in 2021.
They have since performed the song together on many local and international stages including Saturday, May 27, 2023’s ‘Afronation’ concert.
Black Sherif’s electrifying performance at the Palladium Times Square in New York City also on May 20, 2023, welcomed positive reactions from fans and patrons.
